ArtVoice Earth Green Planet

  1. Name and Seat
  • Community Name: ArtVoice Earth – Green Planet
  • Seat: Vienna, Austria
  • Legal Form: Non-Profit Community / International Community of Artists

  1. Purpose

ArtVoice Earth – Green Planet is a global community of artists committed to promoting climate action, nature and animal protection, peace, democracy, social justice, human rights, and responsible digital transformation.
The community fosters networking, awareness, creative projects, and initiatives to drive positive change.


  1. Membership

3.1 General Members (Artists)

  • All artists can join the community, regardless of their country or the number of members from a specific country.
  • Members can propose projects and submit ideas.
  • Members do not have voting rights in the Executive Board or Council.

3.2 Delegates

  • Delegates are appointed by the Organizational Leadership / Executive Board.
  • Delegates represent countries or regions within the community, advise the Executive Board, and bring members’ ideas into decision-making processes.
  • The number of delegates is flexible, depending on the community’s needs and manageability.

3.3 Ambassadors

  • Support local actions, public relations, and projects.
  • Can submit ideas but do not have voting rights.

  1. Community Bodies

4.1 Executive Board / Board of Directors

  • Composed of the founders + 10 delegates.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Strategic leadership of the community
    • Approval of projects and initiatives
    • Financial and resource decisions
    • Official representation of the community externally
  • Decisions are made by majority vote. For particularly important matters, founders may have a veto right.

4.2 Community Council

  • Composed of all delegates.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Advising the Executive Board
    • Submitting proposals for projects, campaigns, and collaborations
    • Representing the interests of members from their country/region
  • Recommendations from the Council are considered by the Executive Board, which makes the final decisions.

4.3 Working Groups / Committees

  • Themed groups (e.g., Climate, Animals, Human Rights, Art Projects, Digital Transformation)
  • Composition: Delegates, Ambassadors, Members
  • Responsibilities: Developing projects, actions, and proposals for submission to the Council or Executive Board

  1. Decision-Making and Participation
  • Members submit ideas → Working Groups review and develop proposals → Delegates advise in the Council → Executive Board makes the final decision.
  • Transparency: All decisions, votes, and project progress are published within the community.

  1. Admission of New Members
  • Proposed by existing members, delegates, or ambassadors
  • Approved by the Executive Board
  • Delegates are appointed by the Organizational Leadership / Executive Board

  1. Rights and Duties of Members
  • Active participation in projects and discussions whenever possible
  • Respectful interaction with all members
  • Adherence to the community’s values and objectives
  • No discriminatory or harmful content in projects or communications

  1. Finances
  • Funded through donations, grants, or sponsorships
  • Funds are used exclusively for community projects
  • Transparency: Annual financial report to delegates and members

  1. Liability
  • Members act on their own responsibility
  • The community is liable only for officially supported projects

  1. Amendments to the Statutes
  • Amendments can only be made by resolution of the Executive Board
  • The Council may provide recommendations for amendments

  1. Dissolution
  • In the event of dissolution, the Executive Board decides on the disposal of assets
  • All assets must be used exclusively for the community’s objectives

  1. Term and Resignation of Delegates
  • Delegates are appointed by the Executive Board for a term of four (4) years.
  • Delegates may resign at any time without providing a reason.
  • The resignation becomes effective immediately upon notification to the Executive Board.
  • Reappointment or replacement of a Delegate is at the discretion of the Executive Board.
